Who is Gilberdale?
Gilberdale
Gilberdale is an Australian White lamb producer based near Kapunda in the Mid North, 27km North of Gawler, South Australia.
We provide a paddock to plate service, direct from our farm to you, including the Barossa, Gawler and surrounds.
Australian White
The "Australian White" sheep is an Australian bred meat sheep noted for its high-quality meat with a low-fat melting point and its marbling has been compared to Waygu beef.

We have sides and whole bulk cut, boxed and delivered Australian White Lamb and mature-aged Lamb (Hogget) available for November.
